Christchurch software company Jade has ended a year-long search for new capital, securing $25 million from two existing shareholders, British financial services firm Skipton Building Society and US health investors.
Jade chief executive Rod Carr said some of the money would be used to buy out shares owned by members of the Aoraki staff superannuation scheme and the rest would strengthen the balance sheet.
