IT Capital (ITC) has bought a 34.6 per cent stake in screen-based technology company Deep Video Imaging (DVI).
ITC managing director Keith Phillips says the company will partner Tindall Family Holdings, the private investment company of The Warehouse managing director Stephen Tindall.
The 34.6 per cent shareholding in Deep Video Imaging (DVI) is a significant investment and broadens IT Capital's interests in New Economy Infrastructure. IT Capital and Tindall Family Holdings will hold 80 per cent of DVI.
