ING trust changes get nod

ING Property Trust unitholders approved changes yesterday to give them more of a say in how the entity is run.

About 120 people attended the unitholder annual meeting in Auckland and approved all resolutions to change the trust deed.

But Andy Evans, managing director of the trust's manager, said no decision had been made on the potential takeover of Calan Healthcare Properties Trust.
