ING proposes rules overhaul

ING Property Trust is proposing a rules overhaul to bring it into line with other listed trusts.

ING Property Trust Management chairman Mike Smith has written to unitholders with proposals to increase their governance and powers.

They will vote on the changes at the trust's AGM on August 30 at the Ellerslie Event Centre.
