ICP Biotechnology says it is exercising an option to purchase two freeze dryers leased from Viking Capital for $1.41 million.
The freeze dryers were manufactured specially for ICP and are at its Henderson facility.
The purchase is conditional on ICP obtaining shareholder approval at a special meeting this month.
