KEY POINTS:
Cement and aggregates supplier Holcim New Zealand says it has narrowed down its options to meet projected domestic demand.
The company has been investigating possibilities for a year and in May said it would focus on a medium-term and two long-term options, but was not expecting a decision from parent company Holcim before 2008.
Holcim NZ operates more than 35 sites and employs about 530 people.
