Hodge to accept ING bid

Interests associated with the Hodge family yesterday said they planned to accept the offer from ING Property Trust for about 5.8 million shares and notes in Urbus Properties.

Shayne Hodge said: "We believe that the offer from ING is in the interests of Urbus' investors." Merging Urbus and ING should result in "substantial benefits".
