Wilson Neill's receivers say they will continue to trade wireless internet provider Radionet while they seek a buyer for the subsidiary business.
Wilson Neill was placed in receivership by a debenture holder on Friday and in liquidation by the High Court the same day.
Receiver Steve Tietjens said Radionet had about 600 clients and "appears well managed, in control of its costs and could have an exciting future with new owners".
Radionet's suppliers supported its continued trading and possible buyers were showing an interest, Tietjens said.
