Hart now has 70pc stake in CHH

Graeme Hart's Rank Group now has a 70 per cent stake in Carter Holt Harvey according to a substantial security notice filed late on Friday.

Rank is bidding $2.50 a share for Carter Holt, valuing it at nearly $3.3 billion. Hart bought a 50.5 per cent stake from International Paper in August.
