India's exports of software and information technology-enabled services jumped 35 per cent to US$17.3 billion ($24 billion) in the year to the end of March, according to the country's National Association of Software and Service Companies (Nasscom).
India exports services ranging from high-tech consulting to call centre operations and accounting, with 850,000 English-speaking workers aided by high-speed telecommunications.
