Billionaire Graeme Hart has once again confirmed his reputation as a careful corporate by paying himself a Burns Philp director's fee of ... nothing.
While other directors were entitled to an annual fee of A$100,000 this year, the annual report shows that Hart - who chairs the board - and fellow Rank executive Bryce Murray continued to donate their time for the greater good of the shareholders.
Of course, let's not forget Hart is the biggest Burns Philp shareholder with 54 per cent.
