Problems persist for corporate clients of Google's Gmail service after an outage struck in the early hours of Thursday New Zealand time.
Fairfax New Zealand reported its email service had been impacted in the outage.
The problems began affecting corporate clients of Google's Gmail service around 3am New Zealand time and some New Zealand customers reported problems experiencing problems 11 hours later.
Dean Hall, chief executive of Dunedin-based video game company Rocketwerkz shared on Twitter his Gmail had been down all day.
Google confirmed the difficulties appear to be limited to Google for Work Gmail users.
