Aspiring businesswomen will have the chance to pitch their own ideas and get feedback and mentoring from some of the country's top women business leaders at a conference in Auckland this month.
The line-up of speakers includes former Prime Minister and the newly appointed chairwoman of Genesis Energy, Dame Jenny Shipley; Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Diane Foreman; educational publisher Wendy Pye; and chairwoman of Wool Partners International Theresa Gattung.
The forum, entitled Thinking Globally, is being organised by the newly-formed New Zealand Global Women, a network of more than 80 of the country's top businesswomen.
The conference at Auckland University's business school on November 17 costs $495 plus GST.
