Former HIH director Rodney Adler will face the NSW Supreme court today, the first of a three-day sentencing hearing for corporate crimes committed in his time at the failed insurer.
The 45-year-old pleaded guilty last month to four charges, each of which carries a maximum penalty of five years' jail and fines ranging up to A$110,000 ($120,000).
