The "Powdergate" hearing continued at the Auckland District Court yesterday with two Fonterra employees giving evidence about ethical concerns they had when they worked for the Kiwi Dairy Co-operative.
Anne Bridges told the court how she first raised the issue of local milk powder being packed into bags that identified it as German.
Kelly Fleming told of his involvement in direct exporting to Australia. One of the defendants told him the exporting had the approval of the Dairy Board.
