Firth industries buys Blenheim ready mix concrete assets

Firth Industries has been given official clearance to buy the ready-mixed concrete assets of Blenheim company Gill Construction Co Ltd.

The Commerce Commission said it was satisfied the proposed acquisition would not substantially lessen competition in the Marlborough concrete market.
