Finzsoft reports modest profit

Software provider Finzsoft Solutions has announced significantly better results on what it says is "substantial progress" in its financial and banking customer markets.

The Auckland-based company yesterday reported a modest profit of $174,000 for the year ended March 31, on revenue of $7.04 million.

The company made a loss of $96,000 a year earlier. Revenue improved 29 per cent from $5.47 million in the same period.

Finzsoft makes software that runs the core businesses of finance establishments.
