Extended parking for domain names

New Zealand domain names can now be registered for periods longer than a year with the launch of FreeParking.co.nz's site interfacing to the new Shared Registry System.

FreeParking's Richard Shearer says the multi-year registrations will appeal to companies or website owners wanting to protect their domain names for up to 10 years, so they needn't worry about annual renewals.
