The Reserve Bank of New Zealand has released draft risk management guidelines for non-bank deposit takers. It is calling for submissions by June 29. The guidelines are a kind of checklist for risk management programmes. The programmes must be in writing and identify ways of managing credit, liquidity, market and operational risks.
