KEY POINTS:
Reserve Bank chairman Arthur Grimes has been reappointed as one of the central bank's non-executive directors, Finance Minister Michael Cullen said today.
Dr Grimes has already completed one five-year term on the bank's board.
The board's chairperson is appointed by the bank's non-executive directors.
