The Bank of New Zealand has appointed Michael Ullmer as a director, effective from last week.
Ullmer is finance director and group chief financial officer with the BNZ's parent company, the National Australia Bank.
From 1997 to 2004 he held a senior management position with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and has held partnership positions with Coopers & Lybrand from 1992 to 1997 and with KPMG from 1982 to 1992.
