The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, part of the World Bank, has launched a five-year New Zealand dollar-denominated kauri bond.
ANZ Institutional Bank and TD Securities are jointly leading the offer, which is to be rated triple A by ratings agencies and expected to settle on July 24.
Kauri bonds are sold by foreign entities in New Zealand dollars.
