Home loan deal auctioned on the web

ASB and website Trade Me joined forces yesterday when the bank auctioned a home-loan interest deal online, giving bidders discounted interest for a year.

Trade Me members could bid on how much interest they would like to pay on an ASB home loan worth $100,000.

The auction is to last seven days.
