SYDNEY - Bank of New Zealand is planning to launch a US dollar senior note with an expected five-year maturity, a fund manager said today.
Launch is expected today during London business hours, the fund manager said.
The issuer completed on November 24 a European bond roadshow hosted by Goldman Sachs and nabCapital.
The notes will be issued by BNZ International Funding Limited and guaranteed by Bank of New Zealand, which is wholly owned by National Australia Bank.
The eurobond is expected to be rated AA- by Standard & Poor's, Aa3 by Moody's and AA by Fitch.
