The Australian Office of Financial Management has priced A$800 million ($952 million) of May 15, 2021 Treasury bonds at a weighted average yield of 5.8540 per cent.
The Reserve Bank of Australia took up A$100 million of the offer with A$700 million allotted to the public, the office said. The bonds have a coupon of 5.75 per cent.
Bids were in a range of 5.840 per cent to 5.865 per cent, with 100 per cent allotted at the top of the range. The settlement date is September 13.
