Germany's economic recovery has come to a standstill, the country's six leading research institutes say, adding they have halved their 2005 growth forecast to 0.7 per cent from 1.5 per cent.
They also said they saw no coherent concept to tackle the country's economic woes and, without more reforms, potential growth would remain low.
