Online job agency Seek has raised A$100 million ($126.6 million) by placing new stock, at an issue price of A$2.60 ($3.35) a share.
The offer was strongly supported by existing Seek shareholders, the company said yesterday.
A$34.5 million will come from major shareholder Consolidated Media Holdings, and Seek's joint chief executives, Andrew and Paul Bassat.
Eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand will get the opportunity to buy additional shares.
