Online media company MSN New Zealand has made three new appointments.
Rory Keane and Jenna Powell have taken newly created dual roles of digital associate producer. Based in Auckland and part of MSN's trans-Tasman news and content team, Keane and Powell oversee New Zealand news and content production for website msn.co.nz.
Keane, an experienced journalist who has worked for several media properties owned by Cork-based publisher Thomas Crosbie Holdings, most recently worked as a Rugby World Cup 2011 correspondent for the Irish Examiner and Irish Daily Star. Powell joins MSN from United Press. Earlier she held the role of general reporter at daily regional paper The Wairarapa Times Age.
On the advertising front, Dan Hesson has been appointment campaign manager, responsible for client campaign workflow and reporting. He spent over three years in ad operations with Yahoo!, holding roles in both New Zealand and the UK. Most recently he was online manager at auctioneer Turners Auctions.
