Seven out of ten kiwis are on the lookout for another job.
That's according to the latest figures from Seek.co.nz.
General Manager Janet Faulding said the results showed employees were being given increased tasks and responsibilities, but felt unappreciated and some said the lack of a pay rise had prompted them to look for another job.
Jobs reached a 12 month high in March, with more than 17,500 roles advertised on seek.co.nz, though the number of applications grew faster than the rate of jobs.
Faulding said call centre roles were the most sought after, attracting thousands of applicants for every job advertised.
Receptionist, IT help desk and waiting staff jobs were also popular, she said.
