Confectionery firm Mars New Zealand was named overall winner of the JRA Best Workplace Awards in Auckland last night.
The local arm of Mars International, known for brands such as Snickers, M&Ms and Starburst, beat 244 other organisations to take the title.
The results are taken from JRA's Best Workplaces Survey, which gathers data from confidential employee feedback.
Mars New Zealand was established in 1987 and now has 163 staff.
Other winners included the Retail Institute in the small-medium category and Warehouse Stationery in the large category.
Nearly 31,000 employees took part in this year's survey.
