Fletcher buiding appoints new laminates boss

Fletcher Building has appointed a new chief executive for its Melbourne-based laminates and panels division.

David Worley will succeed Jonathan Ling from September, the company said today.

Mr Ling is to take over as CEO and managing director of the whole company when current head Ralph Waters leaves.

Mr Worley is now head of the company's distribution unit.

Before joining Fletcher Building, he was general manager of James Hardie Industries in New Zealand and held other senior management roles.
