Further strike action at Te Rapa caravan and campervan manufacturer C.I. Munro is on hold after mediation talks were held yesterday.
More than 80 staff members walked off the job on Tuesday afternoon over concerns about pay, overtime benefits and service leave.
The company is in the middle of annual pay talks and another meeting is expected to be held in early January.
