Developer owes Marac $3million

The High Court has ruled that property developer Jamie Peters must pay finance company Marac $3 million including interest and costs.

Marac general manager of credit Grant Atkinson said the company was now pursuing the money and in discussions about it.

No defence was offered when the matter was dealt with by the court yesterday.
