Winemaker Delegat's Wine Estate is planning to raise up to $40 million through an offer of equity or debt next month, the Sunday Star Times has reported.
Delegat's is known for its Oyster Bay brand.
It also owns a third of listed company Oyster Bay Marlborough Vineyards, which supplies grapes for Delegat's wines.
