The sale of Graeme Hart's New Zealand Dairy Foods - the company behind brands such as Anchor, Fresh'n'Fruity and CalciYum - is looking shakey, reports the Sydney Morning Herald.
The newspaper believes potential bidders Coca-Cola Amatil and San Miguel have bowed out of the sale process.
The newspaper says Amatil boss Terry Davis is not interested in the company and San Miguel's victory over Fonterra in the takeover battle for Australian milk company National Foods ended its interest, too.
