Tailoring and mens fashion brand Crane Brothers has expanded to the point where it will take on a General Manager to develop a more structured appraoch to its business.
Managing Director, Murray Crane, who previously handled day to day operations, has appointed Wellingtonian George Bowler to the role of General Manager.
"The business has reached a point where the creation of this role was necessary, to allow for the continued growth and development of the Crane Brothers brand." says Crane. "I felt that my core competencies were being compromised and it was important that I spend more time in my strength areas."
Crane will focus on client interface (time in the stores); product development; and brand development.
"From an operational standpoint, we have aspirations for further growth in 2017, which requires better structure, systems and organisation," he said. "We are in a strong position with the recruitment we have undertaken over the last 18 months. The right people will ensure we continue to provide our clients with the high level of service and product they demand."
