A High Court injunction stopping Silverdale businessman Vince Siemer hanging billboards and running a website referring to a dispute with company receiver Michael Stiassny has been extended until next month.
Siemer is in the midst of a legal dispute with Stiassny over the placing of his company into receivership, which has since been revoked.
Paragon Oil Solutions, which purifies and refurbishes oil used in transformers and hydraulic systems, has continued to trade throughout.
An injunction, stopping Siemer from displaying information that Stiassny claims is defamatory, will continue until it is next argued in the High Court at Auckland on May 16.
Stiassny is a senior partner at receivers Ferrier Hodgson and is also chairman of Vector and Metrowater.
