KEY POINTS:
Silver Fern Farms shareholders, who will not be at a special meeting of the company on Monday, are being reminded their votes on the proposed partnership with PGG Wrightson must be in by 11am Saturday.
They are voting on whether to accept a Wrightson bid of $220 million and issue new shares which would give Wrightson a 50 per cent stake in the meat processor.
If shareholders are not at Monday's meeting in Dunedin, they can make postal, internet, fax or proxy votes.
