Vending Technologies gets stock exchange waiver

Vending Technologies has been granted a stock exchange waiver, so it can provide credit security to its US subsidiary without shareholder approval.

The letter of credit provides Boston-based All Seasons with additional security for advances made by its banker, CapitalSource.
