A leading Australian accommodation website business hopes to raise $161 million by registering on the New Zealand stock exchange.
Wotif.com set up office in New Zealand three years ago and has lodged a prospectus with the Australian Securities Commission seeking a listing of its shares on the Australian Stock exchange in an initial public offering.
Website founder Graeme Wood says the company is doing well in New Zealand at the moment and being listed on the local stock exchange would seem to be a good idea.
