US investment firm Colony Capital is to buy the entire business of Raffles Holdings, owner of Singapore's historic Raffles Hotel and the Swissotel brand, for $859 million.
Raffles said it would book $530 million gain on the sale of 41 hotels, including resorts in Europe and America.
