A 44 per cent pay hike for the Lotteries Commission chief executive over two years was not enough to stop Trevor Hall jumping ship to Tourism Holdings, the commission's annual report showed.
The report showed Mr Hall's salary rose into a range of $390,000 to $399,000 in the year to June, up 11 per cent on last year's package and 44 per cent up the $270,000 to $279,000 range for the chief executive the previous year.
