The package includes a tour of the changing rooms at Eden Park, dinner with Kronfeld and watching past Bledisloe matches on the big screen before tucking in for the night, said Airbnb.
The website allows homeowners and other accommodation providers to list their properties and is expanding in New Zealand. A spokesman for Airbnb said Kronfeld was not staying over in the apartment himself.
Next day winners can have a kick around on the hallowed turf before watching the match in the evening from the stand.
Kronfeld, who played 54 tests for the All Blacks, said he was "excited" to share the experience.
"Such an incredible opportunity to do something no fan has ever experienced in sleeping at Eden Park where so many New Zealand rugby legends have been created," Josh said.
"A sleepover at the grounds the night before a Bledisloe Cup match is a dream come true for any All Blacks fan. Can't wait to meet the guests and see our boys take on the Wallabies."
New Zealanders are among the highest users of Airbnb, booking half a million nights in the past year.
The seven-year-old company had 1.2 million listings around the world and has announced it will open up an office here.
It has 6000 listings in New Zealand, double the number it had a year ago, worrying some existing operators are worried.
Motel Association NZ chief executive Michael Baines said some "legitimate"operators will be forced out of business.
"Every tourist within New Zealand needs a place to stay. All it would take would be one or two disasters as a result of these ... accommodation providers and our reputation as a safe, high-quality tourism destination will be in jeopardy," Baines said earlier this week.
