New Zealand's largest hotel operator, CDL Hotels New Zealand Ltd, is to change its name to Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand Ltd.
The rebranding will be effective from the start of business on January 27.
CDL Hotels has a portfolio of 31 hotels in New Zealand which are owned, leased, franchised or managed under the Millennium, Copthorne and Kingsgate brands.
The company also owns a 62.46 per cent stake in the property development and investment company CDL Investments.
Shares in CDL Hotels were up 1c at 60c today, having ranged between 54c and 67c over the past 12 months.
