KEY POINTS:
New Zealand-owned United States-based wood products company Tenon told shareholders yesterday it expected flat earnings of US$9 million ($11.6 million) in the six months to December.
It said it was doing comparatively well given the US sub-prime mortgage market had smashed the US housing market.
Earnings for other US wood products companies were down on average about 60 per cent, chairman Luke Moriarty said.
