Telecommunications company Zintel said yesterday that director Gavin Walker was quitting with immediate effect "due to other business commitments".
In the same announcement, the company reported its September half-year net profit rose to $1.25 million from $797,000 a year earlier. Its pretax profit was $2m on revenue of $18.96m, down 1.8 per cent.
Chairman Nick Gordon warned in his statement Zintel was expecting a lower second half this year after the relatively strong first half.
