TelstraClear has applied for a pricing review of the Commerce Commission's private office resale decision released last month.
In December the commission set wholesale prices for supply by Telecom of private office networking services, which considered "non price-capped retail services".
The wholesale prices were set at 16 per cent off Telecom's retail prices.
The commission said at the time it based the discount on benchmarking of overseas regulated discounts.
The commission said its original decision would continue to have effect pending the review.
TelstraClear paid a non-refundable application fee of $22,500 for the review.
