Telstra Corp has announced a new broadband pricing plan which it said should address the competition concerns raised by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
If Telstra had been taken to court and found guilty, the telco faced the prospect of a one-off A$10 million fine and then fines of A$1 million a day for as long as the practice was deemed to have continued.
