Telecom has dropped the price of its broadband service for rural customers.
The new pricing for the Xtra Wireless service ranges between $59.95 and $99.95 a month, a reduction of up to 45 per cent, said company head Chris Thompson.
Telecom has also reduced the price of standard installation and equipment to $475 - representing a saving of up to $1000 - until March 19.
