Wellington became the second city in the country to receive Telecom's mobile broadband upgrade yesterday as part of a year-long introduction of the improved technology.
The $15 million Revision (Rev) A upgrade started in the Auckland central business area in December and will be available in central Christchurch from next Tuesday.
